Willem Dafoe and Sandra Huller will star in the new film 'Late Fame' by Kent Jones, director of the Hitchcock/Truffaut documentary. Samy Burch, who made an ambitious debut with May December, will write the script of the film. The film will be produced by Killer Films.

While Sandra Huller had a brilliant season last year with The Zone of Interest and Anatomy of a Fall, Dafoe allowed us to watch his talent once again with Poor Things.Kent Jones has collaborated with Martin Scorsese on many of his projects. We don't know if we'll see Martin Scorsese again in his new movie.

The film will tell the story of Ed Saxberger, who long ago wrote a book of poetry that no one cared about, and what happens when a group of young artists rediscover his work. Gloria (Hüller), the wild card of the group, is a talented and volatile theater actress who tries to win Saxberger's admiration. Shooting will begin this fall in NYC.
